Back in 2023 Binance, stopped accepting new customers in the UK. This was to do with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations restricting promotion from digital asset firms in the UK.
I have a Binance account I opened years ago and completely stopped using it. More or less I stopped being active with crypto in general. I also have a Kraken account and that worked well enough.
I logged in randomly the other day to find a reasonable worthwhile amount of some tokens I bought a good few years ago. Binance requires me to be verified, but not longer supports verification for UK users.
This means I'm more or less locked out of doing anything! Has anyone been able to verify via another jurisdiction? Or do something else?
