Over the last few years all we have heard in the US is anti Crypto rhetoric from anyone with any influence in Government, including the SEC, Biden, Harris and Warren to name a few! Not only this but the support being shown for the restrict act is incredibly damaging and there are alot of people saying this could be used to target BTC.
We are also having several exchanges withdraw any activity in the US altogether. Obviously we need some level of regulation to protect consumers, but I can't help but feel pessimistic about Crypto longer term without US adoption.
There are several other countries that are seeing the opportunities of Crypto including the UK, Germany, Singapore etc which is positive but I feel Crypto does need the US on board to succeed.
What are peoples thoughts on Crypto and its success in the US longer term, does anyone see this negative stance changing?
