Hey everyone! I’m a SaaS founder myself and I’ve been thinking a lot about the unique challenges that we face in this industry. – Product Development: How do you prioritize features for your product? Do you follow customer feedback strictly or do you also consider your own vision for the product? How do you handle technical debt? – Customer Acquisition: What channels have worked best for you in terms of customer acquisition? Have you found success with content marketing, SEO, PPC, or something else? – Scaling: As you’ve grown, what challenges have you encountered with scaling your SaaS? How have you managed to overcome them? – Retention: Keeping customers is just as important as acquiring them. What strategies have you found effective for increasing customer retention? – Pricing: How did you determine your pricing strategy? Was it more art than science or vice versa? – Funding: Did you bootstrap your SaaS or did you raise funding? What factors influenced your decision? I think it would be really beneficial for all of us to learn from each other’s experiences. Plus, it would be great to get to know more about the amazing SaaS community here on Reddit! Looking forward to hearing your insights. PS: My SaaS is called Lectron. We protect and speed up non-HTTP applications over TCP and UDP protocols, make it easy to setup and cheap to use.
