I received an email from Coinbase saying that they were stopping rewards on Algorand. I didn't realise that I had any Algo staked with them, but must have had from back in the day with various experimentation I guess.
This is what they sent:
Beginning March 29th, Coinbase will no longer offer rewards on Algorand (ALGO). No action is needed from you, and ALGO is still available for trading. This change does not affect any holdings or earnings previously accrued.
I don't know if this is a UK specific thing or an Algorand specific thing as I don't stake with Coinbase generally.
Does any member of this fine sub have any idea? Maybe I am just late to the email party from CB? Do we expect more of this as a result of government interference in all things staking?
